I’m Francesca Innocente, a professional coach based in Paris, France, working with individuals and organizations internationally. I support professionals navigating career transitions, workplace wellbeing challenges, intercultural transitions and difficult workplace relationships through practical, structured and goal-focused coaching.

My professional journey began in the corporate world, where I spent more than 10 years working across different industries and organizations. This experience gave me first-hand insight into diverse workplace cultures, professional challenges, and the organizational dynamics that can shape our everyday working lives.

Along the way, I experienced my own career transition. I began questioning my professional direction, reconsidering what mattered to me and redefining my priorities. Going through this process gave me a personal understanding of the uncertainty and reflection that can come with meaningful professional change.

That journey eventually led me to build a new professional path focused on people, professional development, wellbeing, and coaching. I trained in professional coaching and intercultural leadership, building on my corporate experience and developing the skills needed to support others through their own professional challenges and transitions. Today, I bring my experience and training together in a practical and tailored coaching approach.
